Work team development
-
When team members fail to work well together, the result is poor decision making, ineffective problem solving and costly rivalry
between individuals and departments. Within such 'teams', openness, trust and support, essential to meet business challenges, are
replaced by self interest, resistance to change and guarded communication.
Our approach to teambuilding is to use real work issues to develop the ability and willingness of the team to explore and resolve opportunities, problems or conflicts which adversely affect their performance.
Activities are designed to clarify the team's purpose, to improve the team's processes and to identify and explore the contribution made by each team member. The quality of the team's relationships with other groups inside and outside of their organisation are also analysed.
