Our approach to individual development is to enable managers to clearly identify their own training and development needs.
We help them to recognise the wide range of opportunities available to meet those needs, and stimulate them to develop a lasting
commitment and passion for continuing their own development as well as that of their organisation. In short, to take responsibility
for their own learning and that of their staff.
Activities include group based development workshops, work based support groups and one to one mentoring programmes designed to meet the specific needs of those involved.
