We seek to work in partnership with our clients to meet their organisation's management training and development needs.
We work with individuals, groups of individuals, intact management teams or across the organisation and beyond.
Whilst relationships with many of our clients have existed for many years, individual interventions range from one off workshops with one management team to major contributions to long term organisation development projects.
Our Approach
- At the heart of our design method lies an understanding that:
- people can learn and develop through their everyday work, provided that conditions are right, and the skills are learned,
- organisations are successful when individuals work and strive for their own success and that of others, by helping others they help themselves,
- initiative, openness and creativity are essential, but involve people in taking risks as they experiment with new possibilities, a culture must be developed which encourages this 'risk taking'.
- the involvement of staff at all levels is essential for lasting improvement and change to occur. Fear of change can best be countered through active participation of all in the development process.
- preparation, follow-up and review are essential if organisations are to benefit from the development activities of their employees.
